[CentOS-mirror] centos mirror request

Hello

We had some technical issues,Therefore we have to change our mirror's 
hostname

We changed the mirror address like below

HTTPS: https://mirror.niobehosting.com/centos

Could you apply the relevant change?

Sync schedule: Every 4 hrs
Bandwidth: 100Mbit/s
Location: Turkey
Sponsor: NiobeWeb Hosting
Sponsor URL: https://www.niobeweb.net/
IPv4 address to authorize: 77.245.153.225
IPv6 address to authorize:
