Try changing it to:
rsync -aqzH --delete *msync.centos.org::CentOS*
/mnt/HC_Volume_10038547/public_html/centos

This is what we use in our script as we pulled it right from the CentOS
wiki. Also if your server is behind a NAT firewall, make sure you have a
1:1 NAT otherwise it'll fail for connecting with the wrong IP.
