[CentOS-mirror] Centos Mirror by Vangus LTD

As Fabian wrote before either you go to msync.centos.org from different 
ipv4 address or your system uses ipv6 stack to connect to msync servers. 
Try rsync -4 to disable ipv6 and/or check your ip with `curl 
http://icanhazip.com`.
