Your IP address[es] (62.133.35.14 2a09:0:8::14) has/have been added in
the ACL and so you should be able to rsync from msync.centos.org in the
next ~10min

One small remark : mirror is already outdated so will be consider
invalid on first mirror crawl operation, but you'll get the delta soon
after your other rsync/pull
