Depending on how closed or open this meeting should be I'm willing to offer my appartement for this. It's in Leuven (pretty close to Brussels) and I have decent internet connectivity. There are enough places in Leuven to eat and drink when a break is needed and in the evening we can go to the pre-Fosdem drink in Brussels. If we want the meeting to have a more open character then it is probably better to find something in Brussels itself, but I'm not that familiar with Brussels.
