[CentOS-promo] CentOS Promo SIG

Hi,

After considerable thought I decided to step down from leading the CentOS 
Promo SIG to give someone else the opportunity to organize booths and 
presentations and travel around the world with a box of flyers.

Thanks to everyone who helped the past 2 years. I hope you enjoyed it as 
much as I did :-)
