[CentOS-promo] IMPORTANT: Issue with Linuxtag 2009

I just realized that LinuxTag isn't adjacent to Whitsun and thus doesn't
clash with our Festival plans. 
So in fact I'll review (i.e. discuss with Sarah and my work-mate) if I
can make it.

I won't promise anything, but the definite "No" has just become a
"Maybe".
