[CentOS-promo] Update to Promo Box wiki page

Hi, Didi.  Please update the Promo Box wiki page [1] to indicate that
the small amount of promo items that I had in Texas are now on their
way to Germany.  Given the recent release of CentOS 5.5 and the
upcoming LinuxTag 2010, those few items can be put to better use
there.  Should the need arise, we can always rebuild the US supply...
