looks like the best way to address this is going to be buying a printer,
and buying printable dvd's. I've get something sorted

I had a look around and make some calls today : the best price we can
get for 4GB USB devices is about £5 with a 1 colour logo stamped in (
and we would need to get a few hundred! ) Lets keep looking :)
