from what I remember, the expected audience is more developer focused
rather than operations focused - is that still the case ? If so, we
should plan to cater to that audience.

Can we get everyone to submit their speaker proposals with an abstract
on the talk ? the focus needs to be on CentOS and user stories, or
technology onramp if possible.

if we have the time space, it might make sense to get a tutorial session
going as well.

Can you post the list of who is sponsoring what and what the overall
admin requirements are, and who is taking care of those.

Will there be some video kit available locally, or do we need to
organise something ?
