[CentOS-promo] Who are the Promo SIG members? leader?

Looking at https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/Promo it's not 
clear if the list there are sig members, or just folks willing to speak 
at events. I know this SIG is weird because we don't produce 
code/packages, so this may not be a relevant question.

But, who is the SIG team leader, referenced on that page?

I'd like to formally join the SIG, if I may.
