[CentOS-pt-br] Montar partição com LVM

Pessoal,

Estou com um servidor CentOS 5.6 que queimou, instalei o mesmo.. em
outro HD, gostaria de montar o HD de dados.. porem está em LVM, alguem
sabe como fazer.. sempre fiz usado o comando normalmente.. mas esta
dando erro

O disco é de 500GB.
