I emailed Stephen over at Xen/Citrix about the issue and this is what
he sent back:

The UK team told me that they are working on the server but I have not
heard anything since this morning when I got in. I am not exactly sure
what the problem is but they are working on it...

Stephen,

It looks like the mailing lists are down. I nor have people on
the centos-virt lists received anything since yesterday around
3pm EDT.

Did that one little hiccup turn into a bigger problem?
