[CentOS-virt] Djbdns Working in VPS ?

I see on this (http://www.djbdnsrocks.org/single/getting_started.htm) page they say, "Virtual private servers (jails) will usually NOT work."  That implies that a VPS is a jail.  OpenVZ is much, much more than a jail and I see no reason it shouldn't work.
