[CentOS-virt] Migration from Windows VMs from VMWare server to Xen

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to migrate virtual machines from VMWare server to 
Centos Xen VMs?

If someone has some hints or a helpful blog they know of, that would be 
great.
