There are two issues described over there:
a) support for Realtek 8111B
b) dnsmasq
I did not yet have the chance to test the 2.6.18-128 series of kernels, 
but even if the driver for RTL811B/C has not been solved, the solutions 
are in the wiki. As of
dnsmasq.. I do not know, I have not tested that configuration.

Now, could you please give more details about your problem ?
