[CentOS-virt] Fedora 12 2.6.31.5-127.fc12 domU on CentOS 5.4 2.6.18-164.6.1.el5xen fails to boot

I've only got the one virtual disk. /boot is on xvda1 with / and swap
in LVs. The PV is xvda2.
