I'm completely "stock" CentOS 5.4 virt install and I have: Xen version 3.1.2-164.15.1.el5 (mockbuild at centos.org) (gcc version 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-46)) Wed Mar 17 11:22:38 EDT 2010 Which indicates Version 3.1.2 AFAIK.
