[CentOS-virt] CentOS 5.4 KVM: PXE boot problem

That's how I create VM:

virt-install --hvm --name=vm_3 --ram=1024 --os-type=linux
--os-variant=rhel5 --accelerate --file=/kvm/disk_images/image_3.img
--network=bridge:br0 --pxe --vnc

# brctl show
bridge name	bridge id		STP enabled	interfaces
br0		8000.18a90566c9a4	no		vnet0
							tap0
							eth0
virbr0		8000.000000000000	yes
