Well, thanks for the quick reply. Yea, I share your concerns w/ asterisk in a virtual environment as well, however, the only OS that I have had an issue running is anything CentOS based. I have Ubuntu, gentoo, and m$ products running perfectly fine on the machine, right now. Honestly, I can't afford to plunk down the cash to VMWare so, if I can't figure out the issue, I will be forced to just not use anything CentOS based.
