Hi. I am curious why you are making the switch out of VirtualBox. We are 
beginning to test it with the new VirtBox 4.0.x series now that it has 
been open sourced.

We currently run Xen, VMWare (both Server and ESX) and a test KVM box 
and are always looking for others experiences.
