(written by virt manager) Virt-manager will start the install, it gets an ip adress and tries to start anaconda. it recognizes the graphics card but once it attempts to switch terminals its just a black screen with a white outlined x pointer (that moves, responds to the mouse ) so x starts, i can't switch terminals however. name = "f" uuid = "c1a64536-3969-1fe2-7e88-d4afb4a3d234" maxmem = 1027 memory = 512 vcpus = 2 builder = "hvm" kernel = "/usr/lib/xen/boot/hvmloader" boot = "c" pae = 1 acpi = 1 apic = 1 localtime = 0 on_poweroff = "destroy" on_reboot = "restart" on_crash = "restart" device_model = "/usr/lib64/xen/bin/qemu-dm" sdl = 0 vnc = 1 vncunused = 1 keymap = "en-us" disk = [ "file:/state/partition1/images/images.ide,hda,w", ",hdc:cdrom,r" ] vif = [ "mac=00:16:3e:2c:ec:2d,bridge=virbr0" ] serial = "pty" On Tue, Jun 28, 2011 at 10:34 AM, Nehemiah Dacres <dacresni at slu.edu> wrote: > I am trying to install centos 5.4 on a centos 5.2 xen host.
