There is a nogpt kernel option that may help, but I have not tried it. Also, if left to itself, F16 anaconda will (apparently) use gpt. http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_F16_bugs "Fedora 16 uses the newer GPT disk label format, when formatting an entire disk during installation." I am running a gpt F16 guest under rhel6/kvm without issues. Steve
