Yes, I suppose it could be used in a domu, or even just as a regular
bare-metal kernel by someone who wants a newer kernel but wants
something a little bit more "official" than the elrepo kernel-ml (or
kernel-lt).  Perhaps the best approach would be to have the script
available to run for the first time (as is currently the case), but
for updates just check if the xen hypervisor is running, or even just
check if a xen entry is in the grub.conf for the current kernel and if
so put a new entry into grub.conf for xen.
