Probably auto generated as part of the kernel install process ... The
Xen4CentOS project uses blkap2.5 that is rolled into our kernel.

All the modules SHOULD load initially and it should work, although, I
have not tested it at all on ipmi ... so if we need to do anything
special then lets figure out what that is and get it into Xen4CentOS stack.
