What version of libvirt do we need with this? How about qemu? Do we use the embedded stuff in xen tree or do we try to build an external version that works with both KVM and Xen? Is there blktap 3 or the older blktap2 ... if the later, then I would still need to roll in the blktap2.5 code that we currently have.
