[CentOS-virt] Official AWS AMIs: eu-central-1 support?

Are the build scripts for the AMIs available somewhere? At least we
could build them ourselves. Alternativly, maybe someone of the cloud
group can build an AMI and share it as public AMI?

We want to use Centos 7 too, and a migrated Image of mine refuses to
start in eu-central-1.
