It tries to install half of the OS, but it works for me.  It seems that 
your yum does not like that you already have 
libvirt-client-1.2.15-3.el6.x86_64. Mine is happy to bring in 
libvirt-{python,client}-0.10.2-54.el6_7.2.x86_64 from updates
