Jeremy,

Sorry to send you to yet another place -- would you mind re-posting
this error report to xen-users?  This looks like a bug in the 3.18.17
kernel: either a bug in the driver (not using the proper interfaces),
or a bug in the linux PV code on Xen.  If that results in a patch, we
can include it in the CentOS build.
