[CentOS-virt] qemu-kvm-ev 2.6 + libvirtd 3.0

Hello, it is safe to use

centos 7 qemu-kvm-ev repo with new one for libvirt 3.0 
https://cbs.centos.org/repos/virt7-libvirt-latest-release/x86_64/os/Packages/?
