kvm-common qemu-kvm-ev is rebuilt from RHV's SRPMS with a re-branding
patch, see https://gerrit.ovirt.org/80989

Yes, we are waiting CentOS 7.4.1708 to be available on build systems for
building latest available qemu-kvm-ev (currently failing:
