[Centos] newest up2date rpm

A solution I'm now advicing to my users is to switch to the apt back-end 
by using:

	apt dag http://apt.sw.be redhat/el3/en/i386 dag

instead of

	yum dag http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el3/en/i386/dag
