[Centos] RHEL 4 AS - Beta 2 Rebuild Project

I have finally finished the initial rebuild of
RHEL AS 4 - Beta 2 {it took 48 Hours :)}... several packages didn't
build.

compat-gcc-c++ >= 8-3.3.4.1)

I'm doing this for knowledge and fun (I know, weird sense of FUN) ...
not to replace any of the current rebuild projects.

Rather than posting everything to the mailing list and making lots of
update posts (where many people might not be interested), I have put
lots of info in my forum.

If you are interested in RHEL 4 and rebuilding it, come, read, and
participate :)... we can all have fun!
