[Centos] Promise raid cards

You're probably better off using linux software raid than trying to
make the promise cards do their (bad) RAID thing.  software raid is
controller-independent.

I've had generally good luck with promise controllers *as plain old ATA
cards* although two separate Ultra66 cards silently corrupted data when
i attached a >137GB disk to them.
