[Centos] Alternative architecture CentOS 3 builds?

I'm in the midst of finishing the first release of CentOS-3 for both
AMD64 and ia32e.  Look for it to be in the x86_64 directories on the
mirror within a week (it'll take me a while to transfer it).

This release will include all updates as of today.
