[CentOS] To add or to reinstall - 4.2

That is the question.

I don't know what I did NOT accept, but Firefox does not seem to be 
installed on a recently set up server.

So is there some easy way to go through the install stuff from CDs to 
add this or do I punt?

Then I have to reread the stuff to set up YUM again.
