[Centos] keepalived on centos 3.4

The topology issue is basically due to fact the default package is being
build w/o IPVS; which I found a bit odd but it makes sense if you only
need the vrrp framework.

However I've so far been unsuccessful in building it w/ IPVS support.

exporting IPVS_SUPPORT="_WITH_LVS_" and setting $enable_lvs wasn't
working in the spec file, before the configure line, nor did setting
these in the configure.in.
>From build output, it looks like the actual issue is that it's missing a
path to the included ip_vs.h in
SOURCES/keepalived-1.1.10/debian/include/net/ip_vs.h or the one in the
kernel source, which is very odd, but if I copy it to where it is
included it still complains about usability, so something else is going
on.

any assistance or suggestions greatly appreciated.
