[Centos] an RPM conundrum

rpm -Uhv --oldpackage /
http://mirror.centos.org/centos-3/3.3/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/rpm-4.2.3-10.i386.rpm /
http://mirror.centos.org/centos-3/3.3/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/rpm-libs-4.2.3-10.i386.rpm /
http://mirror.centos.org/centos-3/3.3/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/rpm-python-4.2.3-10.i386.rpm

+ add any others that are dependencies - rg rpm-devel

Should work.
