[CentOS] PHP mcrypt

Hi,

Could someone tell me how I'd go about compiling php with mcrypt support 
from src.rpm?

ie. configure -with-mcrypt[=DIR]

Is it just a matter of calling
rpmbuild --rebuild src.rpm --with=mcrypt
?
