[CentOS] yum repository for Mplayer and Codecs?

I compiled Mplayer from an SRPM. Which I obtained from a link on
MplayerHQ. The codecs are not in RPM format, but are available to
download in a bzip2 tar archive. You can just put those in
/usr/lib/win32 (which the rpm install of Mplayer does neatly create
for you in advance. ^_^

At least it should.
