[CentOS] NTFS for CentOS 4.(0|1)

Do we have the ntfs kernel module (readyonly is ok) prebuilt avaliable anywhere
for the stock CentOS 4.(0|1) kernel ?

Any other options ? Maybe some userspace tool.
