[CentOS] Mailscanner and Postfix

Dean,

do you have any details on mailscanner with sendmail,

I am currently using Mimedefang, sendmail and clamav, as an mid stream 
relay to filter viruses and spam, can mailscanner do this?

Any help advice is greatly appreciated...
