[CentOS] Timezone Configuration

The alternative is to simply copy the appropo tzdata file
to /etc/localtime :)
cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/US/Eastern /etc/localtime
or
cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/America/New_York /etc/localtime
I prefer to just set the appropo TZ in the kickstart config, e.g for me
all of my kickstart.cfg files have the following entry (even though, I'm
in San Diego :)
timezone America/Los_Angeles
