[CentOS] can't locate /etc/ini.d/mysqld file!

Also check for typos on the path. You wrote (both on subject and
body of the e-mail) /etc/ini.d, and not /etc/init.d. Not sure if that
was a typo on the e-mail, or somewhere else.
