There are a number of programs designed for this type of situation. pdnsd (http://www.phys.uu.nl/~rombouts/pdnsd.html) looks like it's just what you're looking for. If not, try searching for 'dns proxy', 'dns cache' or 'dns proxy cache' on freshmeat or google. -- Marc
