I packaged the DecNet programs from SourceForge (there is a 
minor initscripts error I will fix tomorrow in my 
dnprogs packagings)
    ftp://ftp.owlriver.com/pub/mirror/ORC/dnprogs/
and the LatD
    ftp://ftp.owlriver.com/pub/mirror/ORC/latd/
and each is working fine in a VMS environment, (protected 
interior network) along with providing samba, sshd, telnetd, 
ftpd, and related services.
