Sorry, that last part should read "yanking support early on SuSE Linux
Enterprise Server 7."

Underpromise, overdeliver, that's always been the Red Hat way.

Unfortunately, people seem to have taken their occassional past overdeliveries
as policy.  Especially since they were largely just short-lived, and never
promised.
