None of them agree, as do Ransom Love or myself, that Caldera-SCO has any ground to stand on with regards to Linux IP (which was the May 2003 addendum to the lawsuit originally filed in March 2003). But that doesn't remove the fact that a jury in Utah is very likely to side with Caldera-SCO on several counts because IBM _was_ the bully. The problem is that the media will believe it has to do with Linux IP. When the lawsuit only exists because of Monterey, and that's the only thing Caldera-SCO can win on.
