Quoting Peter Farrow <peter at farrows.org>: > Dear all, > > It seems that wget version has had the -C (cache) option removed when > it went from 1.9 to version 1.10, this happened somewhere between > Centos 3.5 and 4.2. > > Does anyone know why the -C option was removed and how I can get it > back? Other than regressing wget..... The short option was removed, and long option name changed to --no-cache. There were some other options changed too (--http-passwd and proxy-passwd to --http-password and --proxy-password). Would be nice if the old options were kept for backward compatibility... ---------------------------------------------------------------- This message was sent using IMP, the Internet Messaging Program.
