[CentOS] bind for dummies

Scenario... 2 Linux servers both running bind. CentOS 3.5 DNS Master is also samba PDC and LDAP master DNS slave is also samba BDC and LDAP slave DHCP configuration instructs clients of the 2 DNS servers. Windows seems to always want to register DNS with slave which they aren't permitted to do, and seemingly never with master (where they are permitted) which generates errors such as... Oct 28 12:38:05 linserv1 named[2990]: client 192.168.xx.192#1065: update forwarding denied am I supposed to configure master differently to permit forwarding from slave?
